Waiting is frustrating !
I am waiting for personal ‘news’ which is bad enough .. however the women clergy in the Church if England have been waiting for a long time for the Synod to vote on the issue of Women Bishops. The outcome of the Synod result means that anger, hurt and disappoint has permeated throughout the Anglican communion. In a moment like this I wonder how this will be portrayed in the media ? It will seem as though it is another nail in the coffin of religion , and another opportunity that the church has lost touch with life in the 21st century . more than any other time , God’s Spirit needs to blow through the Church to energize and heal the rifts.
